The Tug Hill/Adirondack region has hundreds of miles of legal ATV trails. One of the few places in NYS to legally ride your ATV. Please remember your vehicle must be registered and insured in NYS and you must wear a helmet. Please ride safely and respect all private landowners.

Water Sports

We are very fortunate to live in an area that offers the various water activities from a relaxing canoe ride on calm small lakes to white water rafting on the Moose River or famous Black River. We also are the home of the 1000 Islands, on the St. Lawrence River, straddling the border of the U.S. and Canada. Elaborate island mansions such as Boldt Castle on Heart Island and Singer Castle on Dark Island. You can travel down the St. Lawrence River into Lake Ontario and visit the quant villages of Sackets Harbor or Chaumont. Water activities are endless!
